Design
Software and website design is the process of deciding what the application/website has to do and how it will do it. The design process may also incorporate the "look and feel" of any graphical user interface.
As design is largely independent of implementation, MGiS can produce or oversee the production of a system or website design up to (and, if necessary, including) the development phase.
