Chrysalis Customer Management System

The Chrysalis Customer Management System is part of a suite of applications developed for Chrysalis Fabrics - a subscription-based mail order fabric business.

Chrysalis CMS gives a 360° view of the company's subscribers including subscription and order histories, standard letter generation, KPI monitoring, Sales Order processing.

The application also links to the Barclays ePDQ system for card processing.

All sensitive customer data is stored in a fully encrypted database.

Chrysalis Inventory Management System

Part of the Chrysalis CMS Suite, the Chrysalis Inventory Management System handles all the inventory status tracking for the business including provision of regular website updates of stock availability.

Chrysalis Collection Editor

The third component of the Chrysalis CMS Suite, the Chrysalis Collection Editor handles production of the businesses quarterly fabric collection catalogues.

Characteristica 4 (Character Explorer)

Characteristica™ was originally written in the year 2000 as a replacement for the venerable Windows Charmap utility. With the release of version 4, Characteristica has become a sophisticated character explorer and font sampler.

As a character explorer, Characteristica allows the user to view individual font glyphs, copy them to the clipboard, export glyphs as images or output an HTML grid showing all the characters for that font.

Characteristica 4 (Font Sampler)

As a font sampler, Characteristica allows the user to view either a single character, a word or phrase in all the fonts accessible to the host computer (whether or not the fonts are installed on the system).

The sampled character/word/phrase can be saved as an HTML page.

DASS Player

DASS Player was designed as a special kind of digital audio player for professional entertainments teams in the leisure industry but is also used by performing arts schools and vocal coaches.

DASS Player allows for the creation of audio Setlists comprising dance and vocal backing tracks where the pitch and/or tempo of each track can be independently adjusted, in real time, to suit the requirements of individual performers.

FotoPak

FotoPak comprises two applications - FotoPak Creator and FotoPak Viewer - and was designed to meet the needs of professional digital event photographers as a means of securely delivering large collections of digital images to a large and diverse audience.

The images are stored in encrypted FotoPaks which are distributed, with the FotoPak Viewer application on CD/DVD to customers who are able to browse the images at leisure and select their required images for 'hard copy' purchase - all handled via FotoPak Viewer.

QomiQ

QomiQ is an application for viewing digital comics distributed in 'standard' digital comic formats (.cbr or .cbz format) as well as in .pdf or .swf formats.

MGiS Backup

A simple but effective backup utility, MGiS Backup essentially makes copies of either individual files, whole folders or entire drives to external drives/memory sticks.

Once a file/folder/drive has been initially copied, any subsequent backups only affect files that have changed since the last backup.
